Photoshoot Checklist
The photoshoot will take one to two hours, depending on square footage. I will photograph the inside first and then the outside of the home. I include all the major rooms. If you have specific features you would like me to include, please let me know.
Here are some helpful hints for getting the best photographs of your property:
* Please keep pets in the garage or out of view.
* Remove all vehicles from the driveway, and right in front of the property.
* Remove or hide garbage bins so they will not be seen from the street.
* Remove all garden tools, hoses, etc.
* Sweep or blow off driveways, sidewalks, decks, and patios.
* Clear off countertops in the kitchen and bathroom areas.
* Remove photos, lists, magnets from the refrigerator.
* Turn off any ceiling fans and televisions.
* Declutter rooms as much as possible.
* Make all beds and tidy bedrooms.
